Chapstick. Carmex. There's no ';cure.'; Don't lick your lips in the winter - they chap that way. Just put chapstick on them before you go to bed or whenever they get dry. The cold air makes it worse. How do you cure chapped lips?
To moisturize your chapped lips. You can start by brushing your lips with your toothbrush (not too hard) this removes any dead or dried skin. Follow with rubbing a bit of Vaseline on your lips. There are also many alternatives such as Blistex, Carmax, Chapstick, Aquafina lip moisturizer and even Lip Smackers.Works really well. Hope that this helps.
carmex is the best over the counter stuff you can buy, and it's not flavored or tinted. drinking lots of water will keep you and your skin (lips) hydrated. ;)

Blistex works very well. Put it on about every hour-2 hour and they will heal.
