What is the best way to sooth chapped lips?

I apply chap-stick almost everyday but my lips are still really chapped. How can I sooth them quickly and easily? What is the best way to sooth chapped lips?
go to a drug store an pick up some blisters or whatever they have. Just ask the pharmacy and they will tell you what works best. Stay WAY from scented ones! heres some more options:

You can also rub a little bit of 100 percent orange juice on your lips every day. This can burn capped lips a little at first but is very effective in treating chapped lips. The orange juice should relieve the chapped lips within 24 hours, if not then repeat the process until your lips are better.

A small slice of a cucumber rubbed on your lips can also help soothe sore, chapped lips. The cucumber should help soothe your lips immediately.

Apply Aloe Vera to your chapped lips and it should soothe them immediately. Keep applying the Aloe Vera until your lips are healed.

Chapped lips can become infected. To prevent infection, apply an antibiotic ointment that can be found over-the-counter at your local pharmacy.

Be careful of a vitamin deficiency. If you do not get enough Vitamin B and Iron, it can cause chapped lips. The best thing to do is take a multivitamin daily.

Do not lick your lips. When you lick your lips you apply a moisture but the air quickly dries the moisture, and dries the lips, therefore causing chapped lips.

Watch out for toothpaste, mouthwash, and candy because the flavouring agent can cause chapped lips. What is the best way to sooth chapped lips?
I'd advise Vaseline with Aloe Vera. It's a charm when you have a cold or something and they get really sore and chapped c:

Chap Stick isn't very good when your lips are really chapped, but Vaseline is kind of moist, unlike chap stick, and it provides a layer of moisture that stays, unlike saliva c: don't lick them or apply it too much though because you could get a stomach ache.
Okay I would have say that if your are looking for instant relief. Try a little aloe. You can also use just a small amount of olive oil on your finger and rub it in. I would sleep with Vaseline on at night for add moisture protection.
apply some antiseptic ointment which you can get from your pharmacy. If your lips are severely chapped, then use the antiseptic ointment at least twice a day - the morning and night time is the most important.
Carmex works great!
If you put vasaline on your lips it will help. It is very thick and kind of slimy fleeling but it will help!
