What's the best remedy for chapped lips?

My lips are all dry and chapped from the cold wind and dry air.

I've been slathering on the Carmex, every time I feel the need to lick my lips but it doesn't seem to be helping a whole lot. Anything else I can do? Any other products that you swear by? We're also going to buy a humidifier because our house is so dry...

Any other suggestions? What's the best remedy for chapped lips?

Vaseline, on your lips all night.
Drink more water AND include healthy natural oils in your diet.

Healthy oils can be found in avocados, sardines, fish, etc.

Ask your physician, if your chapped lips may be a symptom of dehydration or something more serious.

Also, applying a thin layer if Vaseline to lips prior to going out in the

cold will do wonders, for several hours. Vaseline should go on top of lipstick or lip gloss.
Any brand of chapstick should do the trick, just try going to your local drug store. Feel better soon!
aquaphore. its like Vaseline, except i think it works better. Vaseline does seem to work too.

either shouldn't make you want to lick your lips
Blistex Lip Protection / External Analgesic Medicated Lip Ointment. Comes in a little tube, and works very well.
Put vaseline on your lips before you go to bed, and when you wake up your lips will be so soft:)
cocoa butter lip balm is the best or soft lips

neither dry out ur lips or make u want to lick them

also dnt apply LOADS because then ur lips will get too used to it and will dry out quicker.
lip balm, brush your lips after you brush your teeth
blistex is awesome
Why don't you try lip balm when you go outside your house...This will help you cure the crack lips you have... Try the nivea brand of lip balm...I actually use this everyday when going out...Then when your at home, you can use petroleum jelly after bath and before bedtime...this will help to change the dead skin in the lips...

Good luck!!!
